- Nightly prices range from $150 (US Dollars, Tax not included, rate subject to change)
- Weekly rate is $125 per night.
- Monthy rate varies by season please call
- No smoking or pets please
- Adults are preferred though children can be accommodated, please inquire.
- Check in time is 3 p.m., check out is 11 a.m.
- Fourteen day cancellation policy, less than fourteen days forfeits the deposit unless the guest haus is booked. All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.

Directions by Ferry -- Downtown Seattle to Bainbridge Island: Drive straight (north) off the ferry on Highway 305. About 4 miles, turn Right on Day Road (there is a traffic light at this intersection). STOP at the Yield sign, look carefully and proceed straight across Day Road onto Phelps Road.
Drive 1.1 miles on Phelps Road, turn Right on Ellingsen - this is a "No Outlet" (dead end) road. We are the last house you can see on the Left, our driveway is just before a row of enclosed mailboxes. Our driveway is paved, the house number is on the split rail fence "13718". Do not watch the numbers coming up our road, as they are not in order. Drive slowly up our driveway and park to the far Left. The door to the guest house has a "Welcome" sign above it. |
